I am trying to get into the commodity world, and based on the platforms that work with the brokers that offer tradeable bakkt and cme options, I found what I consider to be the 3 platforms that support algo trading in regulated commodities. They generally use C# or C++, with some varying web api or rest api.
But I am heavily reliant on tradingview. I mean it would take over a year to rebuild my signal generator, and I'm not sure it can be done, or even should be. So I dourly need the webhooks from tradingview.
TV isn't particularly popular with commodities so I cannot find much reference or example of webhooks being read inside an application that uses those platforms api, and the api are a good bit heftier than the typical python and rest api stuff with exchanges like binance or td ameritrade.
It shoudn't in theory be hard, I just haven't heard of it being done, nor seen an example, and I would love to hear anyone's experience on the matter.
