one post struck me at the time I saved the page, but unfortunately it seems its been deleted. the post in question had detailed an enormous list of regulatory changes over the past 20-30 years that have changed market microstructure (and thus may influence our backtests). many were superfluous, but many were important
did anyone manage to save the contents before it went down? ALTERNATIVELY – what do YOU think are some of the largest changes to market microstructure in recent memory? mostly I'm referring to regularly changes that have effected change, but all commentary is welcome
