Has anyone looked into algorithmic P2P lending?

It's something I thought about years ago, but it's definitely in the back of my to-do list. What do y'all think about a automated trading system which identifies high-quality borrowers and provides them short-term loans, potentially scaled to cover large sets of borrowers?

One implementation can be through scraping /r/borrow (which already relies heavily on bots) and developing bots to identify and manage prospective borrowers.

It's certainly a creative and alternative form of using automated methods in investment, but as I said I stopped thinking about this years ago, and only just remembered the concept. Let me know what y'all think!
